Mama Dee's Pizzeria in Quebec

"We’ve been wanting to try this place for a while and stopped by tonight to pick up a pizza and some fries. My daughter walked in and placed the order and the owner asked if we had been trying to call -which we had been trying to since we were coming back from a road trip and calling from about a half hour out with no luck as it always went to voicemail. She explained they were having trouble with the phone system, and it was out of their hands. It really wasn’t a big deal and she couldn’t have been more polite about the whole thing, especially given that it’s not at all her doing. Now to the main point: The pizza was fantastic. The fries were nice and crispy in the meal was just excellent. Exactly what we were hoping for after a long day of cycling and then driving back home. Our daughter said the lady who she believed to be the owner could not have been any sweeter and her food was ready in just a few minutes and we completely devoured it as soon as we got in. Mama D - we sincerely hope your phone system is up and running and not causing you any more stress and just know you have new loyal fans in the neighbourhood who will be stopping by for more pizza very soon!"

"We just ordered from Mama Dee's Pizzeria for the very first time. The driver arrived with a nice hot pizza but mentioned that there were a couple of extra goodies because the owner thought the delivery might have been a bit slower than they wanted (which it really wasn’t). We received our pizza as ordered, which was yummy. They included, free of charge, large fries and a couple of soft drinks. . I could not believe it. I have NEVER had such Amazing customer service and consideration. This was truly a wonderful surprise! This is a perfect example on how to run a small business! Bravo, bravo! Please support this wonderful little business, it’s obvious to me that they care about their clients! We’ll definitely be ordering again!"

"Delicious pizza! We ordered the Deluxe and the ingredients were fresh and perfectly proportioned. The service was very friendly. We sat in the courtyard outside and it's lovely! There is also indoor seating. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend!"

"What an amazing establishment!! I had ordered my father a pizza for delivery after a not great time he had in the hospital. Put the order in from where I lived in British Columbia. To my surprise 10 minutes later I received a phone call from mama Dee’s that they were going to pay it forward and cover the costs of this order and have delivered to his house down the road. I have been left speechless and a touch emotional as this was my childhood hangout growing up in Hudson. The new ownership went above and beyond and im so grateful that they added some much needed positivity to a rough situation! Thank you and can’t wait to come Have some pizza on my next visit home !! :)"

"Very excellent HOT subs prepared and served by some very excellent people! It can be (very) hard to find a decent hot sub outside of Montreal and this place delivers....literally. Ultra thin steak and nicely soft buns with Italian dress. on side; just the way it should be! Have had 2 now and I know the pizza is also quite top notch (especially compared to some other traditional shops in the wider area). Great variety!!"
